Hispano Boutique Gran Via - Madrid

I stayed for 5 nights to explore Madrid, and I really appreciated the charming balcony in my room. While the bathroom had a slight odor that seemed to come from the curtain, the cleanliness of the room was commendable. The essential amenities met my needs, and there was good daily cleaning. The street noise, however, could be quite disruptive at night, making sleep a bit challenging.

Spotless and modern room with the bathroom as well as good facilities. Location close enough to the metro stations, the center of town, and cool boutique shops. Nearby El Tigre del Norte - great place to chill out...

I was initially impressed by the location, but the noise from the street kept me awake at night, not exactly what i was hoping for. The mattress was like sleeping in a marshmallow. I expected a complimentary bottle of wine or something special for my trouble, but apparently that's just for other guests. Disappointing, to say the least.

The vegetarian food scene was on point, especially at nearby Juicy Avenue Hortaleza! Their fresh juices and bowls were a delight. Shout out to the charming balcony and the solid water pressure in the shower.

The location is excellent, just a two-minute walk from the Gran Via and in the heart of Chueca, surrounded by shops, bars, and cafes. The room was very clean and included a comfortable 4 ft bed, a private balcony, air conditioning, and daily linen changes. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even helping me retrieve my lost bag from a taxi.

Occasional noise disturbances may affect sleep quality.

The shower gel dispenser provided was utterly inadequate for a proper shower. The trash cans in the bathroom were not emptied regularly, leading to an unpleasant experience. I found the state of cleanliness to be lacking in some aspects, disappointing.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the metro station and surrounded by plenty of dining options. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay.
